Project Description
The refurbishment transformed PageGroup's Birmingham office into a modern, flexible workplace designed to support collaborative working and contemporary office standards.
Skyscape Group was appointed to undertake the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) design and installation, coordinating all building services to ensure seamless integration throughout the project.
The scope of works included HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, lighting installations, fire alarm systems, containment, structured data cabling, small power, emergency lighting and associated building services infrastructure. Close coordination with the wider project team ensured all systems were delivered efficiently while maintaining programme requirements.
Completed over a 12-week programme, the project was delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard, providing PageGroup with a modern office environment supported by reliable, high-performance building services.
