Project Description
This exceptional 632m² luxury residence in North West London involved the complete transformation of two separate properties into a single bespoke family home. A former dilapidated house and an adjoining converted workshop were carefully combined and extensively reconfigured to create one expansive residence spanning four levels.
The development presented significant engineering challenges due to the unusual building layout, restricted urban location and the complexity of integrating modern building services within an entirely bespoke architectural design. Featuring six en-suite bedrooms, a bespoke Italian kitchen, gymnasium, wine cellar, multiple entertainment spaces and two handcrafted Belgian staircases, the property demanded an equally sophisticated MEP installation.
