Project Description
Luxury residential projects demand far more than standard building services. For this penthouse refurbishment in Connaught Place, London, Skyscape was responsible for the complete mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) design, coordination and installation from concept through to handover.
Working alongside the client's Italian design team, every lighting detail, power outlet, sanitaryware connection, ventilation route and mechanical service had to integrate seamlessly with bespoke finishes and specialist imported products. The success of the project relied on careful planning and coordination long before installation began.
By managing the MEP package throughout the project lifecycle, we ensured every system was fully coordinated with the architectural and interior design, resulting in a luxury residence where the engineering remains hidden but performs exactly as intended.
