Project Description
Located in Kensington overlooking one of London's most prestigious garden squares, Gledhow Gardens was a luxury residential refurbishment requiring meticulous MEP coordination from concept through to completion.
Working alongside an Italian architect and an overseas client team, Skyscape was responsible for the design, coordination and installation of the mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) services throughout the property. Every service was carefully integrated around bespoke finishes, imported sanitaryware, decorative lighting and handcrafted interior details to ensure the engineering complemented the architectural vision without compromise.
The project demanded constant coordination between UK contractors and the Italian design team, with technical decisions, layouts and installation details reviewed throughout the programme. By combining design expertise with on-site delivery, we ensured each stage of the installation aligned with both the construction programme and the client's exacting standards.
From initial design through to commissioning and handover, the result was a beautifully finished London home where every service was carefully planned, coordinated and delivered to perform as intended while remaining almost invisible within the finished interiors.
